Client Relationship & Lifestyle Manager (m/f/d) 100%

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to advance their career in the luxury lifestyle and Family Office consultancy sector, supporting HNW clients and managing a wide range of projects on their behalf, from opening bank accounts to booking yachts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role or a background supporting HNW principals as a private or business assistant/PA, with proven exposure to comparable responsibilities.

Tasks

- Incorporation/liquidation of offshore and onshore companies

- Responsible for the management and administration of mandates:

  • Supervision of accounting and corporate filing work by accountants/service providers
  • Bank Account openings and dealing with Bank Compliance
  • Payment execution under Compliance rules/AML rules
  • Review and drafting of agreements (Loan Agreements, Sale/Purchase Agreements
    etc.) based on templates and/or in coordination with internal or external experts
  • Managing Relationships and onboarding of new clients (establishing KYC documentation, Mandate Agreements etc.)
  • Tax matters/tax compliance: understand, coordinate and summarise tax advice by internal or external experts
  • Various client support tasks (“concierge and lifestyle service”) by identifying, supporting, coordinating and supervising internal/external experts. That could include: tax filings, emigration/immigration and domicile changes, administration of real estate and staff, legal cases, sale/purchase of assets (real estate, art, yachts, aircrafts, other valuables), safe storage of art/valuables, legal cases, crypto
    currency, arranging luxury travel for business or leisure purposes, liaising with third-party suppliers to assist in all ad-hoc matters

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of companies administration and fiduciary functions
  • Experience of working with HNW clients, managing their requests, being the first
    point of contact for various financial and lifestyle matters – through similar consultancy experience and/or Private HNW support experience
  • Understanding of at least the basic concepts of Companies, Trusts, Tax matters, AML regulations, CRS and FACTA, KYC procedures, related contracts
  • Business, economics or another relevant degree
  • Fluent English, German and/or Italian are a bonus
  • Flexible and available on call when required – overtime can be expected
  • Enjoy working with HNW clients, thrive on challenging and interesting tasks,
    while still being able to deal with the financial documents and expected
    routine tasks
  • Quick thinking, keen perception, dynamic, eager to deal with unknowns/unexpected matters and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Well organised and able to deal with conflicting demands under pressure
  • Ability to build and develop working relationships
  • Different degrees of experience would correspond with the complexities of the task entrusted
  • EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland.
