## Tasks

**What You'll Do:**

*   **_Brand Development_****:** Create awareness and build the brand through targeted marketing initiatives.
*   **_Marketing Strategy_****:** Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including campaigns, advertising, and direct marketing.
*   **_Performance Marketing & Media Buying_****:** Manage performance marketing on social media platforms and search engines to maximize ROI.
*   **_Creative Collaboration_****:** Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials, including videos, blog posts, and other creative content.
*   **_Database Management_****:** Maintain and update customer databases for targeted campaigns.
*   **_Market Research_****:** Conduct market research using customer questionnaires, focus groups, and data analysis to drive strategy.
*   **_Campaign Evaluation_****:** Monitor and review marketing campaigns to ensure a profitable ROI, and prepare detailed reports.
*   **_Stakeholder Relationships_****:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
*   **_Competitor Analysis_****:** Monitor competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
*   **_Budget Management_****:** Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies.
*   **_Customer Experience Tracking_****:** Analyze customer experiences across channels to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
*   **_Process Documentation_****:** Document marketing processes and track technical issues, compliments, and complaints.
*   **_Industry Trends_****:** Stay updated on industry trends and new CRM technologies.

## Requirements

**What we are looking for:**

*   2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, media buying, and managing paid campaigns on social media platforms and search engines.
*   Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot).
*   Experience managing budgets and delivering profitable ROI through performance-driven campaigns.
*   Experience with community management and customer engagement across digital channels.
*   Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and optimize campaigns based on insights.
*   Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.
*   Creative ability to produce innovative content.
*   High attention to detail for developing reports, managing budgets, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
