Meta Frontier Studios (MFS) is a venture studio at the bleeding edge of AI and blockchain. We’re building a new category of software: on-chain AI agents that can think, act, and transact autonomously. Our agents operate 24/7 in decentralized ecosystems — managing assets, creating content, and even hiring other agents.

The studio is led by a multi-time founder with a track record in B2B SaaS, blockchain ventures, and M&A, and is now assembling its core technical team. We are backed by Bifrost Studios.

This role reports directly to the CEO.

Tasks

As our Founding Engineer, you’ll be the first technical hire working alongside the founder and core team. You will:

Build and launch the first cohort of on-chain AI agents — fast.
Translate ideas into working MVPs.
Prototype agentic logic using LLM frameworks, smart contracts, and AI tools.
Extend early MVPs into market-ready products based on feedback.
Help shape technical choices (frameworks, infra, workflows) and set standards for future devs.
Be deeply involved in agent validation, working closely with commercial and product to test hypotheses in the real world.

Requirements

Full-stack engineer with a strong builder track record — you’ve taken products from zero to one solo or in very small teams.
You prioritize speed over polish and love to ship.
You thrive in ambiguous environments and don’t wait around for a detailed spec.
Deep curiosity about AI agents, autonomous systems, and the blockchain economy.

Experience with:

AI/ML frameworks (e.g. LangChain, PyTorch, HuggingFace)
Smart contract development (Solidity, Rust)
Blockchain interactions (Ethereum, Solana, DeFi protocols)
Rapid development tools (e.g., no-code, low-code, Zapier, Replit)
