IT Technical Solution Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technical Solution Manager
to oversee our company's IT infrastructure, including our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, managing technical suppliers, and supporting bug investigation, bug fixing, and feature development. The ideal candidate will have experience in the direct selling industry and a strong background in IT solution management.

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company's IT systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• ERP System Oversight: Manage, enhance, and troubleshoot the ERP system to meet business needs.
• Technical Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with external technology vendors, ensuring they deliver optimal solutions and support.
• Bug Investigation & Fixing: Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes efficiently.
• Feature Development: Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, plan, and implement new features to improve business processes.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for efficiency improvements and lead initiatives to streamline IT operations.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure IT solutions align with industry best practices, data protection regulations, and company policies.
• User Support & Training: Assist internal teams with technical issues, system enhancements, and IT best practices.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in IT solution management with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and vendor management.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the direct selling industry is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems, cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Location: Candidate must be based in North America, with a preference for those in the Eastern (ET) or Central (CT) time zones to align with business operations.
