• Handle customer support cases related to products, applications, and vehicle-based inquiries through email and live chat.
• Provide support in both written English and Lithuanian.
• Deliver timely and accurate feedback to relevant teams to enhance processes and prevent recurring issues.
• Respond to clients’ comments and app reviews on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Google Play Store, App Store, Trustpilot, etc.
• Manage social media requests and direct messages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Understand customer needs and business contexts to provide outstanding support and ensure excellent satisfaction.

• Experience providing support to clients via email, live chat, and similar platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your own processes.
• Strong ownership of all related processes regarding customer support.
