Help us grow sustainably and join our highly motivated and super friendly (!) team in Berlin Kreuzberg as a (Senior) Sales Manager (B2B) & Business Development starting now.

As Sales Manager (B2B) & Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient and sustainable growth.

Tasks

  • You will support us in managing existing B2B customers as well as trade partners.
  • You will devise strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding into new markets, and implement them closely with the team.
  • Collaborating with our product management, marketing, operations and sales teams, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects and further develop our sales processes.
  • Serving as the point of contact for our customers, you'll take on responsibility in day-to-day operations and coordinate order processing.
  • You'll assist in creating presentations, sales materials, and competitive analyses.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, preferably in the drinks/food/gifts sector or in the field of e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills with business level of German and English language.
  • Residing in Berlin/its vicinity or openness to relocating for the new role.
  • Immersion in metrics and dedication to achieving KPIs.
  • Enthusiasm for the DIY drink and food market is evident.
  • Possession of negotiation skills, dedication, and effective communication.
  • Professional demeanor, drive, and a hands-on mentality are characteristic traits.
  • Proficiency in presentations, negotiation skills, drive, and a hands-on mentality are your strong points.
