Tasks

- Define and implement social media and communications campaigns aligned with marketing strategies

- Create engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts

- Manage and animate social networks (publications / stories / reels)

- Email management

- Reporting and KPIs

- Competitive intelligence and benchmarking

- Digital marketing proposals

Requirements

- Proven experience as a community manager

- Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., creating an online forum, launching an ambassador program, organizing a series of events and writing a newsletter)

- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

- Practical experience of social media management for brands

- Excellent writing skills

- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
