Why we're hiring
As Marvia continues to expand, we need a Product Marketing Specialist to help us refine our market positioning, competitive strategy, and sales enablement efforts to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product messaging, executing GTM strategies, and ensuring our commercial teams have the right insights and tools to succeed.
Tasks
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our expansion by:
- Establishing a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs.
- Refining our value proposition, messaging, and positioning to better resonate with our ICP.
- Launching new features successfully by collaborating with the Product Owner and marketing team.
- Creating high-impact sales enablement content (battle cards, pitch decks, case studies) to drive conversions.
- Using customer insights and data to shape product marketing strategies, pricing, and segmentation.
- Supporting sales and customer success teams to ensure they have the materials they need to win deals.Driving customer advocacy and case studies to showcase our impact.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset – You know how to balance sales-led and product-driven go-to-market strategies in a non-product-led environment.
- Excellent storyteller & communicator – You craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with our ICP.
- Data-driven & analytical – You translate research and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Cross-functional team player – You collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Bonus points if you have
- Start-up or scale-up experience – you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Having experience in franchise marketing, distributed marketing, or marketing software is a plus

Location
📍 Hybrid (Portland, OR area) – Candidates should be based in or near Portland, with the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate in person as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65.000 - $90.000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
