As a DevOps and VoIP Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our services. You’ll oversee seamless deployments, manage infrastructure, and contribute to innovative feature development that powers our cutting-edge AI Mailbox product.

Aufgaben
Release, Deployment, and Maintenance:
- Oversee the release, deployment, and maintenance of MANAGBL AI services, achieving near-zero downtime with a 99.99% reliability target.
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and scalable deployments.
Infrastructure and System Architecture:
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems to ensure high scalability and performance.
- Manage SIP infrastructure and build efficient SIP trunks for real-time audio communication.
- Collaborate with partners to integrate systems and automate customer onboarding processes.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Automate system monitoring metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential service issues.
- Implement and manage monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and ELK Stack for robust system observability.
Feature Development and Ownership:
- Act as an architect for new features to enhance the functionality and performance of our AI Mailbox product.
- Take ownership of continuous operations and drive system improvements with a proactive mindset.
Qualifikation
We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise in DevOps and VoIP with a strong sense of ownership and innovation.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, including SIP trunking, FreeSWITCH, and OpenSIPS.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools like Docker, Linux, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with real-time audio communication in VoIP networks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Personal Traits:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
