Your mission
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – German Speaker at Makerverse. You'll play a key role in growing one of the most exciting companies in on-demand manufacturing. You’ll connect businesses with our cutting-edge AI platform for solutions like additive manufacturing, CNC machining, and injection molding. You'll be helping to shape the future of manufacturing by engaging with potential clients, creating presentations, and building strong industry relationships. With guidance from experienced professionals, you'll gain valuable experience and advance your career in adynamic, fast-paced setting.
Tasks
- Manage and support technical sales projects, guiding customers through the onboarding process and helping them leverage the full potential of our platform.
- Develop and deliver tailored, technically-focused sales materials and presentations that address customer needs across various manufacturing technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships by serving as the point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our platform and achieve project success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of customer projects, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales within manufacturing companies, with a strong understanding of CNC machining, injection molding, or additive manufacturing
- You speak at least C1 level of German and English
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Basic data analytics skills to support data-driven decision-making and customer targeting are also a plus.
