London School of Excellence is a UK-based education and training provider that collaborates with universities across the UK to support international student recruitment. We are seeking a Romanian-speaking professional to join our growing team as a Student Recruitment Assistant. This is a full-time, remote role based in Romania, offering an exciting opportunity to help students achieve their educational goals in the UK.
Tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for Romanian-speaking students interested in studying in the UK.
- Provide clear, accurate information about UK university programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
- Offer ongoing administrative and wellbeing support to students during the application and transition phases.
- Assist in organising and executing student recruitment and marketing campaigns in Romania (both online and offline).
- Translate and create marketing content, including emails, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate regularly with the UK-based team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for students.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Romanian speaker with strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognised Romanian institution.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a student-focused, supportive approach.
- Comfortable using communication tools such as email, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in student support, education, or customer service is desirable.
