(Senior) Information Management Business Consultant

With a team of over 200 experts, they are dedicated to providing complete packages of consulting, hardware, software solutions, and exceptional service and support.

As a (Senior) Business Consultant in Information Management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition & development of overall IM/ECM solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Playing a strategic & key role between business and IT teams
• Driving change management initiatives with existing customers
• Guiding major customer in acquiring comprehensive solutions
• Providing end-to-end consultancy, from acquisition to project rollout
• Fostering upselling opportunities with both new and existing clients
• Crafting and implementing overall solution concepts
• Conducting attractive customer workshops & presentations
• Developing and delivering internal training courses on relevant Topics

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Technical or IT-oriented training (HF or FH)
• Solid consulting/inhouse experience in IT/IM environments
• Additional education in business science with a federal certificate (preferred)
• Process management certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
• Project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level D or Scrum PSPOA - advantageous)
• Experience with IM software products (e.g., M-Files - a plus)
• Proven track record in advising and selling complete solutions to major clients
• Strong interest in innovative IT technologies
• Open-minded, extroverted, and communicative personality
• Proficiency in German and fluent English (French as a plus)
