• Develop and implement strategies to increase client bookings and drive business growth.
• Build partnerships with local wellness communities, influencers, and businesses.
• Lead marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
• Manage schedules, resources, and staff to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial health.
• Identify and secure grants, sponsorships, and other funding opportunities.
• Lead fundraising efforts to support business growth and future expansion.
• Set and achieve long-term business goals, including scaling operations beyond Berlin.
• Identify new market opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance revenue.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or operational management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring new clients.
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and German
