• You support lead sourcing and assist in managing outbound campaigns in HubSpot CRM to help identify and engage potential clients.
• You assist with market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for strategic decisions.
• You research industry trends and developments to prepare input for whitepapers and other thought leadership initiatives.
• You prepare professional reports, presentations, and RFP documents to support internal and external communication.
• You contribute to the creation of high-quality marketing materials in collaboration with the team.
• You assist in organizing trade shows and support related administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution.
• You help maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Media/Communications or a related field.
• Open personality and strong communication skills.
• High level of commitment, motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, results-oriented approach to work.
• Ideally, you have some practical experience in sales or a related field.
• And yes: You are fluent in English and German!
