We are currently looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to join our Client Solutions & Support team. In this role, you will oversee client infrastructure and drive language services innovation by orchestrating and aligning internal and external systems and processes. You succeed when clients recognize Language Inspired as a trusted advisor for multilingual content solutions that integrate language technology, AI, and human expertise. Tasks
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Solution discovery and design – Actively uncover and consult on client needs and complexity. Define appropriate language service offerings and solution architectures. Design end-to-end, modular, hybrid workflows; plan system integrations; and establish scalable governance, quality, and risk protocols from day one.
- Proposal development and commercial validation – Define technical scope, resource requirements, delivery timelines, and technology costs. Validate solution profitability and delivery feasibility. Translate technical architectures into compelling, client-focused value propositions. Present solution approaches in prospect meetings and proof-of-concept reviews.
- Onboarding management and implementation – Own client onboarding by organizing and maintaining brand portfolios, agreements, data, and linguistic assets across systems to ensure implementation readiness. Configure automations, execute pilot projects, and track KPIs to validate and refine solution designs. Establish knowledge-sharing processes, assign delivery teams, and provide escalation support to resolve complex issues.
- Oversee client projects and activities – Ensure operational and contractual compliance while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Monitor key financial metrics to ensure revenue and profitability meet or exceed targets, and make data-driven improvement decisions. Manage backlog and capacity gaps, provide technical input for stakeholder discussions, and support business outcome measurement.
- Continuous learning and solution evolution – Lead post-implementation retrospectives and document reusable workflows to expand the Language Inspired solution library, playbooks, and success stories. Stay current on industry best practices by testing TMS features, MT, and AI/LLM capabilities. Share insights across teams, identify upgrade opportunities as client needs evolve, and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-team collaboration – Partner with Business Development, Solutions & Support, and Language Talent teams to deliver exceptional and continuously evolving localization and AI-driven solutions across tiered offerings.
Requirements
Essential:
- Fluency in English.
- 4+ years of experience in the localization/language industry in technical or solutions-focused roles (e.g. Solutions Architect, Implementation-Program Manager, Technical Engineer, Senior Project Manager).
- Advanced knowledge of TMS platforms and MT/AI technologies, with strong technical aptitude in API integrations, automation, and workflow orchestration.
- Proven experience and multilingual content i18n, l10n, g11n competency, designing and implementing complex language services and solutions for enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated systematic problem-solving skills with the ability to design modular, reusable, and scalable solutions, combined with strong project management expertise.
- Excellent documentation, reporting and representative skills.
Strong advantage:
