Tasks
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent support and solutions.
- Identify customer needs and ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases.
- Stay informed about products, services, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Fluent (C1 or native level) in one of these languages: Italian/Spanish/French/English/German/Dutch/Danish/Russian/Turkish/Hebrew
- Good command of English (B1 or higher).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to different projects and work processes.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
- Availability to work in shifts (if required by the project).
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
