**Position: Esker Business Analyst**

**Job Location: Limoges, France**

**Contract: 4 – 6 Months + Possible extension**

**French Speaking is must!**

**Experience Range**: Overall Experience – 8-10 years

**Job Brief**

*   Candidate will be the vital link between the customer Accounts Payable team, information technology team, Esker product team and Client implementation team to achieve business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
*   Candidate will have to undergo basic Esker training upon joining.

**Skill 1**

*   Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills in French and English.
*   Own and develop relationship with Customer and Esker product partners, working with them to optimize and enhance Esker customization and integration
*   Extensive experience Procure to Pay area with very strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, Order Management process, Vendor Management process (preferably in EMEA region)
*   Ticketing Tools: Jira or Asana or any ticketing tool for project life cycle management
*   Good exposure to France local taxation laws and invoice processing cycle
*   Hands-on experience in defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements, Performing quality assurance
*   Help design, document and maintain system processes.
*   Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
*   Communicate key insights and findings to product team
*   Extensive client relationship management experience
*   Good knowledge of Esker product
*   Good exposure to ERP (preferably SAP or JD Edwards)
*   Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
*   Complete engagement during testing and rollout phases

Team player with experience in leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

**Skill 2**

*   Adept at cross training

Basic knowledge of complementary OCR based technologies that can be leveraged to enhance Esker trainings.

**Skill 3**

*   Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to leadership
*   Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
*   Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills
