Data Quality Lead

Location: Libourne, France ( hybrid, 3days a week)

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Language: French speaking is mandatory

Within the Data Product Squad, we are looking for an experienced Data Manager / Data Quality Lead to launch and structure the Data Quality stream, which is identified as a major pain point and top priority.

The primary objective of this mission is to build, drive, and operationalize Data Quality, in close collaboration with Business Data Owners and the Data Engineering squad.

Key Objectives

The mission focuses on four core objectives:

•Identify and structure Data Domains, and animate the Data Owners community

•Define and drive the Data Quality roadmap, prioritizing which datasets and domains must be fixed first

•Implement Data Quality monitoring and tooling, including quality indicators and data drift reporting

•Coordinate Data Owners and Data Engineering to ensure effective and sustainable data corrections

Key Responsibilities

•Identify Data Domains and formalize ownership (Data Owners, Custodians)

•Animate and federate the Data Owners community

•Assess current data quality issues and business impact

•Define and maintain the Data Quality roadmap and priorities

•Define Data Quality rules, KPIs, and indicators

•Deploy or configure Data Quality tooling (monitoring, alerts, reporting, drift)

•Report Data Quality status, risks, and progress to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

•Proven experience as Data Manager / Data Quality Lead in complex organizations

•Experience working with business-facing Data Owners

•Experience with Data Quality tools (monitoring, controls, metrics, drift detection)

•Strong facilitation, coordination, and communication skills

•Ability to drive change without hierarchical authority

•Senior profile required (autonomous, structured, pragmatic
