Program Manager/Product Manager ( Insurance )
Location: London, UK. Hybrid (3 days and that could go up to 5 days in client office)
Job Type: Contract for 6 months
ROLE SUMMARY
The Product/Program Manager will be responsible for playing a pivotal part of client’s growth strategy. With Client’s strategic priorities focused on leveraging data and transforming our operating model, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that drive our success. The Product/Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and develop solutions that align with our business goals, enhance efficiency, and deliver value to our customers.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and develop product/solution strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure focus on building the right products, building them right, and building them fast.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and report on status to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in IT and Insurance.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in IT Product Management in insurance with a track record of successful technology solutions.
• Possess flexibility in methodologies: adapt seamlessly between agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Able to leverage AI for efficiency and opportunities.
