UI/UX Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team. You’ll be at the intersection of creativity and usability—leading UI/UX efforts for digital platforms while crafting compelling graphic assets for both internal products and white-label solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design

• Lead the design of seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to enhance product usability.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across multiple brands and platforms.
• Ensure a seamless handoff to development with detailed specifications and assets.
• Stay informed of design trends, design systems, emerging tech, UX best practices and innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification UI/UX, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX preferably within a tech or product-driven company.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Invision or Framer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects and work across multiple mediums.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and information architecture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
