Your tasks

Are you passionate about software quality and eager to dive into the world of testing? As a Working Student QA Software Tester (m/f/d) at KoRo, you'll play a key role in ensuring our digital products run flawlessly. From executing test cases across various platforms to assisting with automated scripts and improving systems, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. • Executing pre-defined test cases (e.g., functional, regression, user acceptance) across different devices, browsers, and operating systems
• Conducting independent testing to discover unexpected issues and improve overall software quality
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts
• Maintaining and updating testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports
• Supporting the IT department in finding solutions to technical problems and potential security vulnerabilities for a constant improvement of systems and processes
• Supporting the IT department with the evaluation of test results

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled, ideally in a study program related to IT (note: as a working student, you must be enrolled)
• You have very good English and German skills.
• 100 % remote work is possible if you are not located in Berlin.
• You have experience with project management software like Linear, Jira, or Asana
• You are familiar with different browsers and devices (computer, smartphone)
• You have experience with collaboration and note-taking software like Notion, or Confluence
• Ideally, you are trained in IT-related skills and have a good understanding of logical issues
• You are reliable, well organized and have a great sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and a strategic mindset round off your profile
