As a Team Lead Key Account Management you will have the opportunity to mark our presence in the food service and out-of-home sectors and take our growth to the next level.

  • Razor-sharp strategies : You develop and implement customized strategies to establish our products in airports, restaurants and OOH channels such as vending machines or cafés. Your vision drives our growth!
  • Partnerships which make the difference: You build long-term and successful relationships with our partners - keeping a firm grip on negotiations, conditions and placements.
  • Crack the code of numbers: You turn data into useful insights that support our strategic decisions. You always keep tabs on the budget and sales targets.
  • Keeping an eye on the market: You monitor trends and activities in the travel and OOH markets to stay strategically one step ahead.
  • Together to success: You will lead a motivated team of Key Account Managers, promote their further development and develop an innovative go-to-market strategy for the food service/OOH sector.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration, sales or a related field - alternatively you have a comparable education.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in key account management, especially in the areas of food services, travel retail or OOH retail, you have the necessary know-how.
  • You have already gained initial experience in a management position.
  • You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage.
  • You live in Berlin or are willing to visit our office from time to time.
  • You have experience in successfully managing and developing important key accounts in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • You get things done and turn strategies and concepts into real success stories.
  • You have a talent for communication and are the ideal point of contact for building new partnerships.
