Do you have a quick grasp of complex concepts, are ambitious, and passionate about finance? Then apply as a Founders Associate - CFO Office (m/f/d) at KoRo and work closely with our CFO in this role.
- You will actively and proactively support us in the strategic development of the Finance Department.
- In direct cooperation with our CFO, you will support us in preparing the next fundraising round - from the pitch to the finalisation of contracts, exciting insights await you.
- You will provide conceptual support in the further development of the controlling and management system.
- You will prepare regular and ad-hoc controlling and financial analyses.
- You will also gain a comprehensive impression of the daily business by helping your colleagues when necessary.
Your profile
- You have completed your studies in the field of economics or a comparable degree programme with outstanding results. Specialisations in the areas of controlling, accounting, auditing or corporate finance are a plus!
- You have already gained initial professional experience in a consultancy, auditing and/or in a start-up/group in the finance sector.
- You live in Berlin and the surrounding area or are willing to move to Berlin
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You have a good command of Sverweis, index and pivot table - and you are also confident in using the common MS Office applications. You are also actively involved in ways to integrate AI and robotics into your day-to-day work.
- You enjoy working with data, facts and figures.
- You have an independent way of working, are determined and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
- You have a technical affinity and strong analytical skills.
- Your high level of commitment and above-average dedication round off your profile.
