Tasks

Klink is seeking a proactive and resourceful Customer Support & Operations Manager to manage our user support and operational processes across various channels, including Telegram, Discord, and Intercom. Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences in the crypto space? In this role, you'll handle user inquiries, monitor and validate platform activity, and work with the team to ensure smooth operations, fostering a supportive and engaging environment for our community.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support on Telegram, Discord, and Intercom by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving user issues.
  • Monitor and validate user activity across the platform to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain operational integrity.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive environment in the community by engaging with users and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams to share updates, announcements, and relevant content.
  • Track and report on user feedback, activity, and sentiment to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with operational tasks, including system checks, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform processes run smoothly.
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows for support and operational activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer support OR community management, preferably in the Web3 or crypto space.
  • Fluent English is a must, additional languages are a bonus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Telegram, Discord, and other community platforms.
  • Passion for the Web3 space and understanding of blockchain technology.
