Klink is the #1 Crypto Wealth Creation Platform, enabling users to start investing in crypto from $0 through its affiliate quest portal, airdrop center, and token launch pools—all built on a secure multi-chain wallet. Klink acts as a gateway to Web3, curating partner products and launches, driving a powerful user acquisition marketplace, already active in 127+ countries and growing.

Tasks

We are looking for talented networkers as Business Development Manager to join our team. You’ll join a dynamic team focused on expanding a live product with over 150,000 users. In this role, you’ll drive partnerships, generate leads, and develop client relationships across the crypto and Web3 space, whilst earning on every deal closed!

You will:

  • Generate and qualify leads, ensuring they meet Klink’s budget requirements for campaigns.
  • Close partner deals for the Klink Offerwall (affiliate partnerships), Airdrop campaigns, marketing campaigns and Telegram Traffic Sales.
  • Engage in consistent follow-ups and check-ins with clients, maintaining high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify upsell and retention opportunities.

Requirements

We’re not focused on specific years of experience but rather on finding someone motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment, and excited to make a significant impact. We are looking for a team member with:

  • Experience in the Web3 or crypto industry - existing network in the Web3 space is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge and daily business use of Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
  • Proven ability to close and renew deals with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Client-focused mindset with high responsiveness and excellent communication skills - understand clients and how to cater Klink's products to their needs.
  • Knowledge of crypto marketing, offerwalls, and user acquisition strategies.
  • A proactive, “Get stuff done” attitude and the ability to work independently in a global team.
