About the Company
Our client, a rapidly expanding Y Combinator-backed organization, is on the hunt for top-tier Sales Development Representatives with 6 months to 2 years of experience who excel at cold calling and have a knack for sequencing strategies. They’re seeking driven, results-oriented individuals who can make a powerful impact in sales for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. With a roster of renowned clients including 8x8, Outreach, Sendoso, SonicWall, AppsFlyer, and ActiveCampaign, our client helps companies streamline revenue generation processes across marketing, sales, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for candidates from B2B revenue generation startups or companies, particularly those experienced in their target client profile (ICP).
Tasks
- Build a robust pipeline by proactively sourcing leads and working strategically with Account Executives.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in the company’s products and services to engage prospective clients effectively.
- Conduct cold calls and use outreach sequencing to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support top-of-funnel growth initiatives.
- Operate as part of a high-impact Sales Development team, working closely with the Head of SDR, CRO, and Account Executives to drive business growth.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of SDR experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong cold-calling and sequencing abilities, with a tenacious, results-driven approach.
- Located in San Francisco or willing to relocate to work on-site 5 days a week.
- Thrives in a high-energy startup setting, with a proactive and independent mindset.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly effective at contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A passion for or prior experience in Marketing or Marketing Analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $85,000, $120,000 OTE, with commission potential for applicable roles.
- Equity offered for all full-time positions, in addition to a full benefits package.
