How will you contribute to our mission?

As our Head of Sales, your mission will be to lead a high performing commercial team who can turbo charge and drive Kenjo’s success plans. We’re moving quickly and this is an exciting role with huge scope for growth and impact. If you’ve worked in high-growth B2B sales and you want to take the next step towards building something new and exciting, then this is the right place to be! You will be easing out obstacles in the organization to unleash the full potential and operational execution of our international teams across Europe.

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Leading and growing our current sales team .
  • Setting the vision for the sales teams and establishing a management system to ensure successful execution of the sales strategies to impact important business KPIs (CAC, Conversion Rate, ARPA).
  • Providing sustainable coaching programs to help your team achieve personal growth and smash regional sales targets.
  • Owning and exceeding the overall sales targets and accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual MRR.
  • Designing and implementing processes to capture the right prospect data for our product team to make the right data-driven decisions.
  • Attracting and growing the best sales talent across Germany through effective recruiting, selecting and training methods.
  • Working together with product and marketing teams to develop collateral, campaigns, and other activities.

To be successful at this position, we think you should have/be:

  • 5+ years experience in a Sales management role in an international, fast scaling tech company.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales. Especially selling to SMB in DACH markets.
  • A proven ability to think strategically and collaborate with leadership to define and implement successful sales programs.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously improve our GTM sales strategy.
  • A clear sense of personal ownership in accomplishing organizational goals.
  • An empowering leader who enables their team to orchestrate growth.
  • Experience in successfully rolling out a product, ideally in the blue collar industry.
  • A People person, you know how to mentor, coach and motivate your sales teams to get the best out of your team members.
  • Written and spoken fluency in German and English
