Why this job is cool?
To support our international expansion we are seeking a German/English speaking Business Manager. You will be responsible for the entire sales journey for prospects and clients, and establishing lead-generating partnerships in Germany. You will be the first point of contact for new potential clients and take them through the entire sales process yourself, aiming to sweep the client off their feet.
Together with the team, you will work on the development of the sales process to improve the quality of our service and find gains in our efficiency. You are always critical of what we do and how we do it and love to find hacks that would allow us to assist even more clients without sacrificing the quality of our customer service.
You will be able to take ownership of an important part of the business and as the primary contact you will also be able to take the credit after the delivery of service. You will be the one receiving the thank you notes, flowers and chocolates. As long as you share those with the team your job will be a lot of fun.

After you have successfully gone through the hiring process we will provide a two-week onboarding and training program. In the first month, you will attend sales meetings with other business managers and work closely with the after-sales team to familiarize yourself with your services. After the first month, you will start to work with your own prospects.
