In collaboration with one of our partners, who are the leading software providers for digital work instructions, checklists, and protocols, we are creating a platform where companies lay the foundation for digitized production and reduce the effort for their process documentation.

Industrial companies from all industries benefit from the targeted digitization, as it is now much easier for them to provide all relevant information to their employees at the right time and in the right place.

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer (m|f|d) to join our team in Cluj, ready to develop across the entire tech stack and driven to build sustainable, customer-focused solutions.

You will become a key member of a cross-functional product team, deeply involved in shaping our software. Your role spans from technical design and implementation to actively participating in product discovery, ensuring that our solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with user needs.

As part of your daily business you will:

⏩ Develop features across our stack based on Angular, NodeJS and deployed on Microsoft Azure

⏩ Collaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to find the best technical solutions for customer challenges.

⏩ Ensure the long-term sustainability and maintainability of our codebase through thoughtful development practices.

⏩ Embrace AI tooling to enhance productivity and explore innovative technological solutions.

⏩ Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the team.

You shall bring:

✅ 1-3 years of professional software development experience, ideally in a product-focused company.

✅ Solid understanding of core computer science fundamentals and systems thinking.

✅ Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred, but motivation and capability to learn quickly are more important than specific experience).

✅ Interest and enthusiasm in working closely with product teams to create impactful customer experiences.

✅ Openness to using and experimenting with AI technologies and tooling.

Nice to have qualifications:

⏩ Excellent English in spoken and written form

⏩ Analytical and problem-solving skills

⏩ Experience in using tools such as Jira

⏩ Great team player and communicator in a diverse and international remote team
