Service Delivery Manager / MSP Administrator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial MSP Solutions Architect to design, build, and launch our new Managed Services offering from the ground up. In this role, you will lead the strategic selection, installation, and configuration of our core MSP technology stack. You will be the technical mastermind responsible for establishing our standard operating procedures, building client onboarding frameworks, and ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and ready for market deployment.

• Select, architect, and configure the core MSP toolset, including Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and documentation platforms.
• Define and implement standardized service catalogs, backup strategies, patch management policies, and security frameworks for future clients.
• Create the technical blueprints, discovery checklists, and automation scripts required to transition new clients into our managed environment seamlessly.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and integrate third-party vendor solutions, including cloud providers, cybersecurity tools, and helpdesk escalation paths.
• Build the internal knowledge base, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and network diagram templates from scratch.

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience working inside a mature MSP environment, with proven experience building or heavily optimizing RMM/PSA tools.
• Expert-level knowledge of core MSP platforms and cloud ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).
• Strong background in networking (firewalls, switches, VLANs), virtualization, backup/disaster recovery (BDR) solutions, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (such as PowerShell or Bash) to automate deployment, monitoring, and self-healing alerts.
• Strong project management abilities, excellent technical writing skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset capable of working with minimal supervision.
