Tasks

At JOIN we are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst that will partner with key stakeholders to drive growth efficiency & operational excellence across the whole go-to-market organization (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) through an array of enablement initiatives.

  • Evaluate, challenge, and improve existing business processes
  • Utilize data to provide insights and support planning, forecasting, and strategy
  • Help the team create a bridge between Customer Success and Marketing, orchestrate campaigns for Marketing, gather insights about our Performance Marketing initiatives and suggest how to act upon them to improve conversion
  • Manage cross-platform workflow orchestration, ensuring consistency of information across our core GTM technologies
  • Evaluate the existing technology stack and review current needs, gaps, and removal requirements
  • Develop external training materials and help build the sales enablement collateral

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in RevOps or similar function
  • You have strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset
  • You have extensive experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and are familiar with other Sales oriented applications
  • You have experience working with Business Intelligence tools and are capable of deriving insights from data
  • You have a good understanding of the commercial funnel and are able to adapt fast, in order to drive change
  • You are a strong and structured communicator and know your way around prioritization of tasks
