Tasks

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking plans to ensure precise data collection, refining the tracking process in collaboration with engineers and product managers for proper implementation
  • Segment users into cohorts based on behavior or characteristics and track cohort performance over time to understand life cycle stages
  • Analyze product usage data to identify trends and patterns, offering strategic recommendations based on the insights
  • Address data-related inquiries from stakeholders by providing clear and actionable insights
  • Evaluate the impact of new or existing features on user engagement and retention
  • Assist in the design and execution of experiments aimed at testing growth hypotheses
  • Analyze experiment results to assess their effectiveness and draw meaningful conclusions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in data or product analytics
  • Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience with event-based analytics and tracking plan creation
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation tools
  • Ability to assess feature impact on user engagement and retention
  • Effective collaboration with engineers, product managers and marketers
  • Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with multitasking abilities
  • Continuous learning and adaptable to changing priorities
