📚 Your Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch support to VIP clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
• Assist clients with their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and company promotions.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent French speaker (native-level from France).
• Able to communicate in English
• Previous experience in iGaming is a big plus! If not, customer support experience will also be considered.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle VIP customer needs.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
