Role Summary
As a Trust and Safety Specialist, you will moderate and review content and ads posted on our platform. This role may include reviewing sensitive or violent material, so resilience and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and compliant online space while working within a structured and well-supported team.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Content Moderation: Review, analyze, and moderate content and ads to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Safety Assurance: Identify and escalate potential violations or risks to maintain a secure and user-friendly environment.
- Quality Control: Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team and supervisors to address complex cases and improve processes.
Requirements
Language Skills: Native or near-native Dutch, with a good understanding of English for internal communication.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with sensitive content and maintaining professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze and assess content quickly and accurately.
- Available 24/7 and eager to grow within the company.

Compensation and Schedule
- Salary: 2,500 BGN ( 1,278.27 Euro) gross per month. ( total of 1,428 including the Housing allowance)
- Working Hours: Monday to Sunday with shifts, adhering to local labor laws.
- Training: A comprehensive 6-week on-site training to set you up for success.
