J Medic has been honored to serve Winston Salem and the surrounding areas of the Triad for the past 20 years. J Medic opened in February of 1999 in a 1-bay shop in a very rural area of Clemmons.

Since then, it has had several locations around the Triad and has grown into a 4 bay shop located off South Main Street. J Medic is a family-owned business that puts you and your vehicle’s needs first. It is very significant to note that J Medic has never run a newspaper, TV, or radio advertisement during this tremendous growth period. The only advertising was word-of-mouth of our very loyal customer base. Better known to us as our friends.
