✅ Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat in either of the following languages: Arabic, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Icelandic, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish or Swedish
✅ Provide top-notch support and resolve inquiries efficiently
✅ Offer product/service information and assist with troubleshooting
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional approach

Requirements

✔️ EU citizenship
✔️ Fluency in one of the aforementioned languages and good command of English
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Customer-focused mindset with a strong willingness to learn
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
