Job Description:
Directs and coordinates all administrative and support activities for an office such as, office administration, company accommodation administration, project management assistant and quality assurance.
Tasks
Essential Job Duties:
- Development, implementation and assessment of goals and objective of office.
- Reviews all financial and operational activities of the office. Prepares budget and tracks financial activities in relation to the budget.
- Analyze, organize and implement office operations, procedures and processes. May work with external locations in streamlining processes for consistency.
- Monitor office supplies, order replacement supplies as needed. Maintain file of service providers.
- Ensures that all computer equipment is provided according to Company procedures, within the equipment department standards and local office goals.
- Submit and analysis financial invoices.
- Provide effective and consistent assistant to clients, management and local staff.
- Adheres to all Company policies, procedures, processes and programs.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, understanding of Dutch is a plus.
- Better has previous related office administration experience or previous supervisory/management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and decisions in critical situations.
