Tasks
- You build relationships with business partners by using account management skills like active listening and effective communication.
- You understand business processes and partners to identify new opportunities to leverage technology to continuously improve these processes.
- You are a key participant in managing the Client's PPM portfolio (e.g., technology, services, applications).
- You translate business strategies and plans into future service delivery needs in the areas of service levels, capacity, continuity, and availability.
- You gain and apply a deep knowledge of how the platform and products enable and support key business processes.
- You develop and leverage enterprise-wide Client's relationships to understand and utilize services provided by other Clients teams. You can analyze the impact of changes in these services on the PPM platform/products.
- You influence the lifecycle and functional roadmaps for the platform/products ensuring business needs are met.
- In partnership with product architects, you assess, plan for, manage, and deliver initiatives that impact the platform/products.
- You facilitate the portfolio of information security and quality initiatives that impact platform/products, to ensure it remains robust, available, and compliant.
- You consult and support the organization’s Service Management capability on the delivery of small enhancements, changes, maintenance, and operational activities.
- You apply service management processes including incident, problem, and change management, testing and deployment.
- You participate in the development of strategies (validation, service, testing, etc.) to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience
- Passion for collaboratively developing solutions, continuously learning and mentoring teams for improved end user and customer experience.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and are highly adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Experience managing relationships with key software and service providers.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to drive project and process outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and agile planning tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience with ITIL v4 processes, framework, and tools that support it (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience on how quality standards and procedures apply to high-risk applications, protecting privacy related data, and identifying security threats.
- Experience in programming / scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, etc.) or configuration environments
- Experience with database analytics tools (e.g. SQL)
- Experience in AWS and Microsoft Power Platforms
Your Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent field
- 3+ years professional experience in DevSecOps quality, project management and software development approaches.
- 3+ years professional experience creating solutions to problems - testing, mapping, etc.

- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
- Experience testing and mapping various processes to propose improvements
- Strong understanding of tech to gather data and problem solve
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in a highly regulated software delivery environment with red data at the core
- Strong understanding of automation and basic scripting and can apply broad spectrum technical skills as needed
