We are hiring an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Operations to lead complex, large-scale delivery programs for a global technology enterprise. This role is essential in driving the operational execution of multiple transformation initiatives focused on modernizing service workflows using emerging technologies such as generative AI, automation, machine learning, and data-driven analytics.

As part of the senior leadership team and reporting directly to executive operations leadership, you will act as a bridge between strategic goals and delivery execution. You’ll be responsible for delivering impactful results across service operations, logistics, support, and process improvement—while cultivating a strong partnership with the client and internal teams.

• Oversee the successful delivery of several mission-critical programs focused on operational transformation.
• Guide cross-functional teams across planning, fulfillment, customer support, and automation initiatives.
• Partner directly with the client to co-design scalable, tech-enabled solutions that drive value.
• Champion the adoption of next-gen technologies and ensure measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Foster a high-performance environment, mentoring managers and promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, risk areas, and performance metrics to ensure excellence in execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Have a strong background in operations management, supply chain leadership, or digital transformation.
• Are experienced in delivering value across client-facing programs or enterprise services.
• Thrive in fast-paced, tech-centric environments where innovation and structure go hand in hand.
• Are passionate about AI, automation, and process reengineering to drive business outcomes.
• Can lead large teams and influence change across both internal and external stakeholders.
