In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal users, providing efficient and professional IT support, including VIP and executive-level assistance. You will resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, as well as Google tools such as Gmail and Google Sheets. With your strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset, you will ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.
- Proven experience in 1st level IT support, preferably with VIP support background
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- German skills are an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Solid technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Zoom, and Google Sheet, Google Mail
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
