We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to spearhead the growth and development of two of our flagship products: IQ wiki and IQGPT. IQ wiki is a cutting-edge crypto-focused Wikipedia platform, while IQGPT is an AI specialized in the crypto industry. As the EIR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of these products, driving innovation, and expanding their reach in the rapidly evolving crypto space. This role is ideal for a seasoned entrepreneur who has navigated both the highs and lows of startup life, leveraging those experiences to lead with creativity, resilience, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision:

• Develop and refine the vision for IQ wiki and IQGPT, ensuring alignment with market needs and emerging trends in the crypto industry.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, product features, and market expansions.

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and ensure product differentiation.

• Leadership & Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align product development with business goals.
• Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.

• Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Business Development & Partnerships:

• Build and nurture relationships with key industry players, including potential partners, investors, and customers.
• Drive strategic partnerships that can accelerate the growth and adoption of IQ wiki and IQGPT.

• Explore monetization strategies and business models to ensure sustainable growth.

• User Engagement & Community Building:

• Actively engage with the crypto community to gather feedback, understand user needs, and cultivate a loyal user base.
• Organize and participate in community events, webinars, and other initiatives to promote IQ wiki and IQGPT.

• Foster a vibrant ecosystem around the products, encouraging user-generated content and collaboration.

• Execution & Performance Monitoring:

• Set clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics for both products, and track progress regularly.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements in line with business objectives.
• Continuously assess risks, pivot strategies when necessary, and maintain a focus on execution excellence.

Entrepreneurial Experience:

• Proven track record as an entrepreneur with at least one successful venture or valuable lessons learned from failed startups.
• Strong understanding of the startup lifecycle, from ideation to scaling and beyond.
• Experience in the crypto or blockchain space is a significant plus, but not mandatory.

Product Leadership:

• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to market, with a deep understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong technical acumen with a good grasp of AI and blockchain technologies.
• Experience in building and managing product teams, driving collaboration, and delivering results.

Strategic Thinking:

• Ability to think critically and strategically, identifying opportunities and challenges in the market.
• Strong business development skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships and expand networks.
