Frontend developer React/JavaScript

You will join our small team (9 members) in Portugal. At Inventsys, we strive to create meaningful experiences that improve the way people interact with technology.

Inventsys is a Swiss SaaS provider for utility companies in the water, electricity, and gas sectors. Since 2017, Inventsys has been guiding technical companies and municipalities on their way to digitalized maintenance. With our user-friendly cloud platform and intuitive mobile app, our customers save time and resources in the management and maintenance of their systems and networks.

• Develop a strategy and help migrating the frontend of our web application to React to take it to the next level and ensure best user experiences.
• Develop new features in React for our web app adhering to best coding practices and emphasizing clean code principles.
• Write unit and integration tests alongside coding to ensure code reliability and quality.
• Participate in every stage of the application lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in the ecosystem.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with React/JavaScript.
• Experience working with APIs (REST, API platform, Doctrine).
• Familiarity with security principles and modern authentication mechanisms is a plus.
• Willingness to work in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Result-oriented with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
