We are seeking a highly skilled professional who is proficient in video production, photography, and graphic design. This role requires a candidate who can confidently handle all aspects of content creation.

As a Content Allrounder at Interactive Paper, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
• Crafting and editing photographs that enhance our digital and print marketing initiatives.
• Designing a wide range of graphics for various media, including website elements, online ads, and social media posts.
• Managing and executing our social media strategy, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimized for engagement and reach.
• Collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive visual and narrative brand experience.

• Proficiency in video editing software, graphic design tools, and photography equipment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse capabilities in video production, graphic design, and photography.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms with a track record of increasing engagement.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• A part-time or full-time position with a competitive salary range of €29,000 to €36,000 gross per year on a full-time basis.
