Business Analyst - Process Mapping

Intelance is an independent technology, AI and cyber assurance firm. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a client engagement focused on documenting and validating current state business processes ahead of an operating model assessment. This is a hands on, delivery focused contract for someone who can work at pace, get into the detail with stakeholders, and produce clear, accurate process documentation.

Capture and document current state business processes through stakeholder interviews and workshops

Validate existing process documentation for completeness and accuracy, and identify gaps

Produce clear process maps (BPMN or equivalent) with supporting narrative

Highlight risks, control weaknesses and ownership gaps to inform the operating model assessment

Work closely with client stakeholders and the Intelance engagement lead

Proven Business Analyst experience with a strong track record in process mapping and current state assessment

Confident using BPMN or similar process notation and tooling (for example Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio)

Strong stakeholder interviewing and facilitation skills

Able to work independently, remotely and to tight timescales

UK based with the right to work in the UK

Available to start at short notice

Day rate of £500 to £600, outside IR35 (subject to status determination)

Fully remote, UK based

Initial 3 week contract with likely extension into a 6 week operating model assessment
