As a Technical Product Owner at Innerspace, you’ll help shape leading Training & Assessment solutions that empower pharmaceutical companies to train employees safely, effectively, and in compliance with industry standards. You’ll translate customer needs and technical opportunities into scalable, data-driven solutions that elevate the learner experience and enhance risk awareness.

Tasks
Take ownership...With a customer-centric mindset, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our Training & Assessment platform and work closely with the Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand user needs and deliver impactful, validated solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
- Own the product backlog for one SCRUM team, prioritizing features, tech initiatives, and bugs to maximize value
- Foster a high-performing, cross-functional team to deliver on sprint goals
- Collaborate with UX experts, architects, and developers to build robust, scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions
- Refine the product vision and roadmap together with the Product team
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
- Ensure all solutions are well-documented and industry-compliant to support customer validation processes
- Drive continuous process improvements for delivery speed and product quality
- Act as the voice of the customer during development, advocating for usability and performance.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and contribute to architectural discussions
- Research, analyze data, and suggest product improvements aligned with Innerspace’s strategic goals
- Ask tough questions, embrace change, and make decisions to keep the product on track.e product goals and Innerspace vision
- Continuously research and initiate improvements for the solution to contribute to the strategic goals at Innerspace
Requirements
This challenge is perfect for you if...
- Have 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar role
- Communicate confidently across stakeholders and know when to say “no.”
- Possess strong technical literacy and have worked closely with dev teams; bonus for experience in training or compliance platforms
- Are experienced in agile practices (SCRUM) with a lean startup/MVP mindset
- Know how to manage backlogs, write solid user stories, and align cross-functional teams
- Think analytically and systematically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace change
- Speak and write fluent English; German is a plus
