Tasks
- Rebuilding and scaling the Imeon MVP into a stable mobile app (Flutter or React Native)
- Developing backend architecture using Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js
- Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of the platform
- Collaborating closely with the founding team (Nils & Ari) to shape the technical vision
- Leading technical decision-making and (later) assembling a dev team
- Driving product improvements and preparing for future funding rounds
- Bringing creative input and technical expertise to help shape a high-impact, gamified ecosystem
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and visionary developer with the following profile:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile and/or full-stack development
- Proficiency in Flutter or React Native and backend tools like Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js
- Strong understanding of app architecture, performance, and data security
- Experience building MVPs or scalable products from scratch
- Passion for startups, innovation, and user-centric product development
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in Web3, gamification or crypto-based ecosystems (a plus)
- Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
- Open to joining a startup long-term as a co-founder with equity compensation
