UX/UI Design Working Student - Visual Media Agency (f/m/d)

We are looking for a motivated, curious working student with initial experience in UX and UI product design skills to join our team.

• Own our company’s Design system - proactively manage and develop it further
• Improve our product through customer-centric initiatives: from generating insights through customer research to designing and testing new features and final implementation
• Work together with our Product Manager and Engineering Team for testing and implementing new features on our website and to expand and further improve our design library
• Establish customer feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement loops
• Drive our product design development to attract new customer segments, improve conversion and customer satisfaction
• Cross-functional collaboration in agile teams: Working together closely with our front- and backend developers, sales and content managers

• You are excited about designing engaging products that customers love and have an eye for detail
• You are proactive and enjoy creating things from scratch
• You have gained first experiences with user research but also creating and implementing design solutions
• You are comfortable working with popular design tools, e.g. Figma or Invision
• You are able to handle big complex designs with all their interdependencies
• You are currently enrolled in a relevant field of studies, e.g. in the areas of (product) design, media, or communications
• Fluency in German is a big plus
