You already know the tasks required as you are an experienced recruitment consultant, but hear is what is required

• From Day 1 you will be expected to utilise your sales and account management skills within the construction sector
• Start pin pointing the clients you would like to work with
• You will be a hunter not a farmer

• Proven experience in recruitment (2+ years preferred), with a strong record in managing and growing client accounts
• A results-driven, proactive approach with the ability to own and grow a recruitment desk
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• High-level candidate sourcing, headhunting, and networking skills
• Strong IT literacy – confident using CRM systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
• Commercially savvy and highly responsive to client and candidate needs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-performance environment
• A polished, professional manner with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service

• A great salary between £30,000 - £40,000 (Flexible for more senior consultants)
