Currently, we are assisting our client, a dynamic company in the financial industry, in hiring a Social Media Manager to join their remote team and drive social media engagement and campaigns.
Tasks
- Reply to customer or client inquiries through social media chat platforms.
- Execute and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Contribute to content strategy and planning, refining ideas to maximize engagement and brand growth.
- Create and schedule compelling content, including simple designs, without full reliance on the design team.
- Proofread and refine all content before publishing to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and complies with platform policies.
- Stay updated on trends, best practices, and industry regulations in social media marketing.
Requirements
- Perfect communication in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience managing social media for businesses in the financial industry (trading, prop trading, forex).
- Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Knowledge of regulatory restrictions and compliance in financial marketing.
- Ability to create simple graphics for social media needs.
- Experience handling large-scale ad budgets and performance tracking.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns and content.
