Tasks
PPC Strategy & Management:
- Develop and launch Google Ads campaigns for diverse verticals, including luxury transportation services, nationwide charter operations, professional legal services, and investor-focused property offerings.
- Utilize advanced targeting, automated bidding strategies, and segmentation to improve lead quality and cut costs.
- Integrate keyword insights and search trends from supporting channels to continuously refine campaign performance.
Analytics & Ongoing Optimization:
- Monitor KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, and ROAS to ensure consistent improvement.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to track campaign performance, audience behavior, and conversion paths.
- Implement systematic A/B and multivariate testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments, using data to drive actionable improvements.
Landing Page & Conversion Collaboration:
- Partner with designers, developers, and content creators to build and refine landing pages that maximize conversions.
- Recommend UX improvements based on user flow analysis and user behavior data.
- Create compelling ad copy aligned with distinct brand voices and audience expectations, leveraging tools and team input for the best messaging approaches.
Cross-Channel Insight & Tools:
- Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in PPC and related channels.
- Use SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other keyword research tools for continuous campaign enhancement.
- Experience in other platforms like Meta and TikTok are nice but not required
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide detailed bi-weekly reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Attend virtual meetings (about 1-2 times per month) to align on strategies, review performance, and set new objectives.
- Offer daily oversight of campaigns and be prepared to react quickly to urgent requests or market shifts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management with verifiable success in lead-focused optimization.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), along with familiarity in using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights, directly influencing campaign optimizations.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Skilled at writing targeted ad copy, suggesting landing page improvements, and adapting strategies to varied audiences and sectors.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong English skills and comfort working in a cross-functional team environment. Organized and proactive, able to handle multiple accounts with varying goals and timelines.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote, with flexibility around U.S. business hours.
- Expect daily engagement with campaigns and stakeholders, plus the ability to pivot strategies swiftly based on real-time data.
